About Us
Jason Gulutzen started on his own in 2007, as a small self proprietorship, specializing in small concrete slabs and renovations. Gulutzen Concrete Construction has become a well known name in the area when comes to concrete. Incorporating the business in 2010 and buying out a concrete forming company from Exeter Ontario in 2012, took the business to a new level with being able to offer a full range of forming and finishing services with all the right tools and equipment to do larger jobs.
Jason still oversees each and every job, big and small, to maintain a certain level of quality. Working along a strong and diligent crew, Jason and his men will get the job done efficiently and to each customer's satisfaction.

Layouts
Using our Leica robotic total station to layout your new build, you can have confidence that your structure will be square and every measurement will be exact!
Footings & Engineered Slabs
A strong foundation starts with a good footing. From residential strip footings to large retaining footings to engineered floating slabs, we make sure your project gets off to a good, sturdy start.
Concrete Forming
We can tackle anything from the modest backyard hobby shed to massive agricultural facilities and apartment buildings. We love to stack em up and strip em down! Using a 6-band duraform system, we leave a nice straight wall no matter what the linear footage!
Concrete Finishing
We can make your floor shine like glass using our fleet of walk behind and rider power trowels! With the use of our somero power rake and screed, we have the capability of pouring & finishing floor slabs up to 30,000 sqft. in a single pour. Leaving you with shiny and flat floor everytime.
ICF (Insulated Concrete Forms)
Building with the future in mind. ICF foundations and walls ensure you have a strong, resilient & well insulated foundation. Saving money over time through its efficiency and being more durable and resistant to natural disaster than conventional builds.

Self Leveling Floors
Gulutzen Concrete is an authorized applicator of LaFarge Canada's agilia screed A self levelling concrete product. This product is perfect for interior floor pours over in floor heating lines or for sub-floor leveling. With a superior heating efficiency, it will save you in the long run.
Rebar Fabricating
With a rebar shearing machine and bender purchased and installed in 2016, we are able to fabricate all our own reinforcement to spec in a effortless and efficient manner. Our crews are also equipped with Max Rebar Tier guns so placement of rebar on site is just as quick and easy.
Concrete Pumping
We pump all of our own concrete with efficiency in mind. With a smaller 20M pump and a larger 39M pump, no job is too big or small. Time is of the essence; and in order to provide our customers with a competitive price we ditch the wheelbarrows and get the concrete placed quickly & easily without breaking our crew's backs! We also offer our pumping services externally when we can.
Boom Truck Services
Most of the time the boom truck is busy hauling forms from site to site but occasionally we use it to help swing trusses or raise large poles for our customers.
